It looks like a pretty standard training part which might be assigned as a homework assignment for new CAD users.
Did you have specific questions on how to model it in SOLIDWORKS?
YEAH.. its a simple CAD model found in training workbooks
FredSWUG's build tree (SWorks screenshot) should give you good indication of the methodology.
