Helix along curved taper (not sharp edged)

Hi everyone,

I am trying to model a part that was already made in NX and I noticed that they have the option to do a helix with it's radius/diameter tapering along a curve. In SW you can only type numbers in a table, is there any easy way to get this same functionality?

I did a swept surface of a line along the helix and a revolved surface of the diameter curve. I took the intersection curve and used that helix, but it doesn't seem to work nearly as smoothly as in NX (the actual sweep) and the process seems like a lot of work. For now I'll just put a straight taper but I was trying to make it exact to the old model

Make "plane" at the end of helix and then "sketch" polygon .
then sweep
