Help illustrating project....(special needs seat adaption).

Hi guys, my name is Mark. Im new to the site, Im a final year student working on a design project. I am designing an aircraft seat enhancement for passengers with special needs. I've hit a stumbling block in so much as I am having difficulty illustrating the project. Im not familiar with CAD, I have tried to create some drawings using fusion 360 but they always look very amateur and don't do my simple design justice. Are there people on this site who would be willing to assist me with the visual representation of my design. All help and advice would be really appreciated.
Mark.

In addition to my above question, I understand that people on this sight are professionals and time is precious. With this in mind I would be willing to pay for peoples time (within reason).

Do you have any drawings or details about the seat?
The original question poses a few responses... If you are looking to express your idea visually ONLY, you may be able to get by with some renders or a program such as Google sketch-up. This is usually done with a tablet and more along the lines of an industrial engineer (IMO). However, if you have the design fairly far along and were looking to start making computer models of all the components you are looking at something more along the lines of 3d modeling software's and would look to someone who is more mechanically inclined.

If a visual representation is enough, maybe try posting a few of your drawings as attachments. Any additional information would help out very much if someone is going to pick this up and try to help out.

hi Mashi,

thanks for he reply, Ive tried sketchup but it looks very amateur, my drawing does not need to very detailed as Im representing an idea more than a technically restrained item. That said though I would like the final drawings to look pretty and realistic.

Dear Mark,
Since you are a student and designing a project, it is better to do it yourself and many will support you for free, start first with simple sketch of your idea no matter how bad you think your sketch is, this is how all designers starts with simple funny sketches, then you develop them during the course of design and process.
You can use Fusion 360 or any other drafting/ design packages out there and all of them can make you realize your idea.
Attach a design sketch, then this community will support.

Hi Auday, I submitted the project last week. Thank you for your response. I persevered with the CAD and turned out reasonable drawings. Thanks again. Mark.
