Help with thermal study regarding a heatsink in solidworks

I try to do a thermal study and see how my heatsink would dissipate heat.
Although, if I tell Solidworks to apply 70 degress on the heatsink the top one stays 70c all the time. Or should I model up a processor that puts out like 70c and mate it to the heatsink surface rather than just applying it directly to the surface?

Also, can I somehow put in the thermal resistance since I mate copper pipes to aluminum?

Hope you can see the picture.
