How are the forces in CATIA analysis represented?

I'm trying to understand what does the forces in CATIA analysis mean, for example, when I apply a force, for example a 'Distributed Force', with a norm force vector, of 100N, on 4 face supports on a part, will the 100N force be distributed over the four face supports meaning each face support will receive 25N, or the 100N forces are applied to each face support? Hope someone can shed some light on this. Thanks
