How can I reorient a model posted to Grabcad
The two models posted by me are shown lying on their side rather than upright as they were in the original Inventor models. Can I reorient them to the correct position?

Yes and no.
You could rotate the part in your CAD program, then re-upload the model. But, that is sort of a waste of time. Every CAD program has a different method of determining "up". GrabCAD has no way to interpret all of them, and makes a choice that works with some programs but not most.
The better option is uploading a screenshot, or rendering of the model, and setting it to be the main image in the library.
