how can we get the details or specific dimensions of a curve from igs file to solidworks?

Regarding the question posed by the title, Solidworks can open the iges file and save it as a part. You might have to enable the import of curve entities in the import options first.
Regarding the question posed about the spline, you can approximate portions of it with specific radii by setting the spline as construction geometry and manually modelling arcs on top of the spline as you see fit, but I'm unaware of a solidworks command that does this converting for you.
