How do I change the size of the constraint picture in solidworks 2017

I am using solidworks 2017 and am fairly new. The problem I am running into is not the the toolbar icons are to small, but that when I am making a sketch if say the line is parallel or tangent or has some constraint on it it is tiny to the point of hard to click. the same thing happens with midpoints and really with anything constraint, or anything like that. Is there any way I can increase the size of these images. When I watch videos on youtube about solidworks the size of the constraints is much larger and easy to see and access. But I have looked through all the options I can think of and can't find anything to change it. I have found that i can increase the tool bar icon size, but I can't increase the constraint icon size . It's to the point that the software if very hard to use. I don't know if it has to do with my monitor resolution. But any help would be appreciated.

Are you using a 4k screen? I have heard issues with this. Our company is switching screens for everyone, but IT has not made it to our division yet.

I couldn't find any ways to make the relations larger while keeping everything else the same size.

I have seen videos adjusting the resolution and how solidworks acts with different sizes, but have not experienced it first hand.
