How do you handle thermal expansion and stress coupling in multi-material assemblies in SolidWorks Simulation?

I’m working on designing a composite heat exchanger that combines metal (stainless steel) and polymer (high-performance thermoplastic) components. The assembly will be subjected to significant thermal loads during operation, leading to different thermal expansion rates between the materials. The goal is to accurately predict the stress and deformation resulting from thermal expansion mismatches and understand the potential for material failure or deformation in the system.
