Create a plane that is your ground level, parallel to the frame portion that will be the chassis floor. Use the measuring tool to make the quickest measurement. If you want a floating measurement draw a centerline sketch to the hubface and add a smart dimension showing the angle the hub face sits at. In reality you would have adjustment in your upper and lower control arms to adjust your caster and camber.
