    Agree with Stephen. I use Irfanview (free) to batch edit them, croping and resizing to 720x480, and GifApp (free) to make gifs. GifApp can also make gifs from a video, if you already have the animation.

    You have to save the animation as a series of images in the 'Save As" option, then use any free GIF creation program (there are plenty of free software available on the internet) to compile these images into one GIF.

    I agree with stephan and trinity. there are many softwre by which yo can made the GIF file by saving multiple image files..
