how to bend a 1mm plate in desired angle from the middle of the plate
i have been designing a mecanum wheel and had drawn the sketch in catia but i can't bent the plate from the side i want to bend it. the pic i have uploaded shows the bent which i want to.thank you

You should define new plane. Use Angel/normal to plane function, and define rotation axis as ending of your plate. Then you can rotate that plane. Change sketch support to this new plane and then use Pad function. You can use sheet metal design module as well and bent your plate.
