How to convert a assy file from the jt extension to Inventor

I have a customers assy drawing that was drawn in another software with a file extension.jt, I have been able to download the details but I cannot open the assy with of all the details. is their a import command in Inventor 2013? some where hidden?

Hi Ian,

I was trying to find anything for your issue...

It turns out that this is not a very popular problem...
However, I found this from Autodesk...

I believe that the problem is in the .jt file. But let me know some more details...
