Hi sudhir
what you can do is use the following commands shell, close surface and thick surface and your surface will be created into a solid part

In part design workbench ,use close surface command, then hide the join ,you will get the solid as required .
In your model I can see their is a circular disk (hidden) is also present at the bottom (thick portion of the twist ) of twisted profile.

1. Click icon Merge is displayed window definition of union.
2. Select surfaces or the curves to join.
3 change menu from generative shape design to part design.
4. select thick surface commands or close surface.
and is done. Good luck
