How to convert solid edge to autocad?

I m doing a robotic arm using hand gesture. The design is ready but for CNC cutting but that's in solid edge. But CNC cutting will be done using autocad software. SO please please help me out in conerting solid edge to autocad

in solidedge :
save as->save as translated->select ACIS (*.sat) under save as -> in option set the version to an old one such as 7.0 / type the and save
in autocad :
file -> import and select the sat file -> open

You said "cutting", cutting means you will cut parts on laser/plasma/oxy or something two that case you will need .dxf file from .part...`s quite a the movie :)

The Process shown Upper is Perfact but if you have uisng AutoCAD version 2012 or Later version then.
Just save as your solidedge 3d models or assemblies in to .Step or Igs ext and now open AutoCAD 2012 or later version select the 3D modeing work enviroment . and find emport command in it . buy this u can able to import Stem and Iges files in it. After a opening process Done u can see your Solidedge 3D models in AutoCAD as a 3D. Save it and it will Directly Become an DWG file
