How to create spring a dynamic simulation

By Michal Mejzlík on 01 Jan 14:16 1 answer 0 comments

In the first step we need to determine the size of the actual suspension with controlled custody, in this case 70 mm. (Image. 1)

Now you need to create a new report in part (spring), where the XY plane in the sketch project the upper and lower part of the base (Image. 2)

This projection is needed dimension and the dimension functions assign a name (eg A1) (Image. 3)

The Y-axis then create a spiral, which will have a specified height from the previous step (i.e., A1). Number of turns at this height is arbitrary (Image. 4)

Then you just need to enter the control linkages, its beginning and end. Do not forget to check the box drive adaptivity
