how to design a full car with all assembly or otherwise car body is enough
in solid works how to model a full car like a original car?????

In car design everything start from sketches...you have to bring on paper what's in your mind after that it starts from body design...When you finished body you can start designing details like lights,exhaust,tiers and rings and etc.
When you finished outer details you can start designing inner details like seats and Dashboard.
After designing them you have to assemble them and take a good looking render of your design.
