How to draw a toroidal core wound

Hi

I need to learn how to draw using inventor a wound toroidal core can anyone help please.

I have attached a picture to show what it should roughly look like.

I attach the file Inventor 2020.
I think you mean somthing like that.
Best practice is using parameters.
