How to export a Inventor model to Ceaser?

By Shane Venter on 22 Jul 07:19 1 answer 321 views 0 comments

Hi Guys, I have a assembly model of a pipe line and also some pipe supports that I want to export to Ceaser to run a stress analysis and piping displacement analysis.
At the moment I have to remodel in Ceaser and obviously it takes up more time than I care to waste

I am sure that there has to be a plug in application or file type I should save my assembly to, to be able to make this process effortless and less time consuming

You can use the export function to get your file into most common file types in Inventor. I'd imagine STEP should work but I don't see anything about what Ceaser is able to use.
