How to find the center of a pentagon?

By Nicole Seman on 09 Oct 02:52 2 answers 0 comments

I want to cut out the inside of a dodecahedron so it is essentially a wireframe model. To do this I wanted to make smaller pentagons inside each face then cut them out. However I am unsure as to how I can find the center of the pentagon I am drawing inside to sketch the cutting pentagon.

    At least two ways:
    1. You could do that with construction geometry in the sketches of the smaller pentagons, or 2. first place a 'point' feature at the 'center of face' on the faces you plan to sketch on.
