How to make pure White colour in solidwork parts?

I tried different way but it didn't work,However I tried Tools>option>document properties>model display, it didn't work.

I tried to adding a lighting on material did not too, I have attached the color image I want to make, Can you please help?

    Go to >advanced settings in the colour >Illumination > bump up Luminous Intensity

    I never managed this, but you can cheat a little bit with Appearances/Lights/LED.
    This will give you a bright white color.

    This all has to do with the type of scene used, materials and intensity of the lighting.
    Remember that a part should not be white completely otherwise you wont see the shape..everything needs a bit of shading to see the depth.
