I'm trying to mate 2 parts together simply because I cannot work out how to make this as one part.
It's basically a rectangular part that needs to mate to a cylinder but I need to do it in a way that I can fillet the join?
I've mated it using 2 incident points (I think) which appeared roughly where I need the 2 parts to mate.
Any pointers as to where I'm going wrong will be much appreciated.
I did it by deleting the bottom face of the gray part, then extending the surface.
Then trimming the surfaces and select faces to keep. Then added a fillet.
I don't know if this is how you want it.

We can't open the assembly without the missing files, u need to upload a zip with the parts aswell. Pack&go!
Thanks. I'm still at the bottom of the learning curve & it helps to sometimes have tactics pointed out. XXX
Thanks, but I'm running 2010 & get a future version error message.
