How to open a Creo solid model in AutoCAD?

By daniyal on 19 Nov 01:59 1 answer 0 comments

Basically, I have created a .prt file in Creo. I need to view the front, top, and side views of it in AutoCAD. Basically, I need to generate a working drawing in AutoCAD/IntelliCAD of my solid model from Creo.

Save the file as a .dxf and it should work. Just as long as your saved file is an extension native to autocad.

File > Save As > Select file type .DXF > Save and open in AutoCAD.
