    in 3d model..i already attached that model .while performing the shell operation the whole solid body taking the feature(shell)..

    I'm not sure that I understand you in the correct way.
    But if is necessary for You to work with the shell Command, i have a quick and dirty solution.
    Should be the Front open?
    To get to the weight of 452g, the Insidethickness must be 2.1 mm and the "Thickness.2 must be -12.89mm.
