That is a nice picture Christina. What is the problem you are having with the dimensions?

The curve is probably not a true circle with a constant radius. Try adding a R dimension to the hole to verify you can make a Radius dimension, and pay attention to the symbol beside the cursor.
You may have to dimension that curve a different way if it's not circular. Or, modify the 3D Part and change the model to a true circular fillet.
Another possibility is the view is skewed at some small angle which makes all the circular arcs project as ellipses. If this is the problem; delete the view and make a new square one.
