i got selected as a design engineer in tier 1 company and i had 2 years experience in nx,but they put me in pdm team.is it good for future scope?please tell me..

    It depends, what do you want in your future scope? If you are happy with PDM work then yeah it is a great position, but if you would like to get back to a CAD position I think it is still possible just based on how you show your experience. As long as you maintain knowledge of the CAD software you want to work with (i.e. NX) then you will be fine. You could always take classes to maintain the edge and then when an opportunity for a position using NX arises you will have the work experience within the company and the knowledge of how to use the software, making you a great candidate.
