i WANT TO WRITE SOME NOTE/TEXT WHICH SHOULD NOT GET PRINTED WHEN I PRINT

SOMETIME I DONT WANT SOME TEXT OR SOMTHING(DISCRIPTION/PART NUMBER/COUSTERMER NAME ETC)TO BE PRINTED BUT THAT IS REQUIRED TO ME ONLY.HOW DO I DO IT?

You could put them on a layer, then turn them off as needed?
