in Catia's which workbench chassis design should build?
To build chassis of any electric vehicle say E rickshaw, which workbench of Catia V5 is used?

To design such complex shape, surface and wireframe or you can use generative shape design. Later will work better then you can convert surface to solid model.
I've never seen an Electric Rickshaw, but based on pictures of them, the chassis looks pretty simple to me. I think you could model the chassis easily in CATIA with just the Part Design workbench. If the chasses is made from tubing, the Structural Design workbench could be used also.
