In the context of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T), how would you mathematically derive and apply the true position tolerance for a complex, non-linear surface profile with multiple datum references, while ensuring compliance with ASME Y14.5-2018 standards, and what computational algorithms or software tools would you use to validate the tolerances under dynamic load conditions in a multi-axis CNC machining environment?"

"Non-linear surface" implies a Profile of Surface be used... not Position.

How to validate? In complex assemblies, you use something like CeTol or Vis VSA, 3DCS, etc.. Not sure what the significance of load conditions in a multi-axis CNC environment... can you clarify?
