Is it possible to confirm where information is/is not stored in a private Workbench project?

I am looking into a private Workbench project for a confidential and sensitive set of CAD files and support files. I've used Workbench in the past for other projects that had no security concerns. I've read the post and replies found here: https://grabcad.com/questions/workbench-i-am-skeptical
I have similar doubts about this freely offered product, but the security whitepaper and these replies were satisfactory in that manner.

My concern now is with the location of the data-centers where the information is hosted. I doubt it's possible to know for sure, but I would like to know if all of the data-centers with our information are located in North America or Europe. More specifically, I need to confirm that the information will not be hosted/stored in China. I may sound paranoid, but it's an additional degree beyond my control at that point (compared to N.A. hosted information).
