Is Virtual CATIA Work possible?
Seems like all the big old companies use fairly modern CAD software on old computers. A group of smart engineers worldwide who had their own computers could get far more work done far faster, and not have to waste hours per day sitting on the freeway. I expect any company able to have CAD work done virtually will be 10x more profitable than the dinosaurs. Is the world ready for this?
virtual CATIA work is possible, but it depends...
- on how the different designers, calculators, project members.... are able to work together(software licenses, same releases...)
- on how the points of intersection are defined.
- on how the project members change their informations to prevent intersection problems.(even they work on cloud-saved models to get up to date information)
