Locker with different sides, with different corners

I tried to make a metal cabinet, like box. 1mm thickness and radius 1mm. One Inner side must be 30mm (area for hinge), and other 3 Inner sides must be 15-20mm. I have pictures, and I have model. I tried to finish that with "edge flange" and "miter flange"...If someone can help me, it will be good. Thank in advance

But this your file your drawing is not correct. Because, you change a side, your drawing is wrong because you changed a solution for bending. :( I will try to explain with second picture.

I would do it like the attached step file.

Choose 3 edges for your milter flange, because you want one side to be different. After that draw the profile you want on that side.

Then you need som fineshaping. You can do this through 3d or througd unfold -> cuts -> fold. Both ways should work but are not easy. You can also combine them.

And you say u use 1mm radius. Normally i use 0.1 mm for sheet metal with a thickness till 3 mm. The flat pattern wil propably be closer to the real life then with 1mm.

There you go. Use the same method (2 seperate milter flanges). You just have to make it prettier but the thing you wanted is in the attached file.

I added a tab of 30 mm so you could go back after that with your milter flange. Don't hestitate to ask more if you don't understand it or if its wrong.

So the flange of 45 degrees should also be 30 mm wide? That should be just an dimension to change. Otherwise i could really recomment to draw it as one block, make lots of cutouts and then convert the model to sheet metal.

I will explain the other way. Make a box like the attached STEP File,
Click on convert to sheet metal,
Choose the bottom face
At bend edges select the 4 edged tangent to the bottom face,
chose the other 4 edged below the cut,
Click convert to sheet metal
Check settings
Convert, there is your box.

Now you should know how the convert to sheet metal function works.
