Making a part ready for reaction injection molding

By Andy Cho on 20 Jan 04:57 2 answers 201 views 1 comment

Hi guys,

I've designed a blended wing aircraft and want to make it ready for manufacturing using reaction injection molding. But I'm not sure how set it up using Solidworks, can anyone help me out? I want to be able to make cavities so the fuselage is divided in the y direction (of model / attached picture) and fill that up with plastic to create the part.

Cheers,
Andy.
