Manufacturability of thin parts ?

Can you tell me how to manufacture a solid part which have 0.1 mm wall thickness and 3 mm height as seen in the picture ?

    Machine it on a very accurate 3-axis mill if metal, or cast it in a mold if plastic.

    You will probably want to add some tabs to hold the part, and cut them off later.

    Create a rectangular surface and set a thickness of 0.1mm, then subtract. The surface must be another solid body. You can parameterize the surface construction lines so that you have rectangular, squared, carved pentagonal profiles.
