Motorcycle sprocket/chain wheel in SolidWorks?

By Taavi Taros on 25 Feb 09:10 4 answers 1 comment

Motorcycle chains are usually marked with a number (420/428/520/530/630). Has anybody found a matching standard for chain wheels?
I need a 37 teeth chain wheel for a 420 chain.

I need to model a 50 teeth 520 motorcycle chain. I did not see this type of sprocket in the solidworks toolbox. It's frustrating that all kinds of sprockets in Solidworks are a piece of cake (automated) but motorcycle sprockets we have to draw by hand?
