I have some of the robotic arm part in .stl format,can anyone help me in cloning it?
Don't give silly answer that export it in .step.

As these are all stl files, or even if they where stp files will always leave you with each file being just a dumb solid, that is no editable feature tree. If you are wanting someone to re-model these into another format work is required. If you don't want to make the effort to do this yourself, getting someone to do this for no cost may be expecting more than you are likely to get. I think you may have to do this yourself.
Converting an STL (or other mesh format) to a STEP file correctly means remodeling the part. Otherwise you'll get a step file covered in triangular facets.

One part I might convert for free, but nine sounds too much like work. Is there a plan to compensate someone for their time and knowledge?
