No Mates?

Why I cant I get tangent mate between two spherical surfaces? Im trying to make a spindle bearing but have no way of mating the balls lol inside the bearing

Maybe they are not same size or your bearing isn't fix with ball or your groove isn't spherical

Create a reference point at the center of the ball bearing. Create a reference surface (cylinder) at the center of the bearing groove or a reference circle. Mate the ball bearing to that surface or circle as coincident. This will also be a lot more reliable than the tangent mate, as tangent mates can tend to flip around.
