parting line analysis doesn't available to press

I have solidworks 2016 sp0 ,win10 .
My problem is about parting line analysis I can't open it look at the picture .

It might be a bug in the software sp0's often have issues. I'd recommend updating to a newer service pack, I'm running sp5 and the parting line analysis tool is available.
