Scanning a Skidoo/Rotax Engine Block

I have a couple Skidoo/Rotax engine Blocks from the 90s, I would like to get into 3D CAD. Who can Scan them, and what does it cost? One is a 93-94 670(78mm x 70mm) 669.2cc Block, and the other is a 277 Single(72mm x 66mm) 268.8cc
