Solidwork flow simulation for water in a bottle

Hello every one.I am new with solidwork flow simulation and hoping that someone can give me some idea/guide for the simulation. At the moment, I am trying to do simulation on cooling of mineral water in a bottle. The question, if I do external analysis, by specifying the ambient temperature, how can I add additional fluid (water) in the bottle. Also, is it possible to set goal to get solidwork to calculate the natural convection of the outside bottle as the bottle have complex design/curve? In addition, can I observe the water temperature inside the bottle?

Thanks in advance.

In Flow simulation you cannot make Two-phase flow. (liquid/gaz)
For exemple, you can't make a simulation of a bottle emptying it self on the ground (liquid/wather + gaz/air).
You can simulate onyl 1 phase (gaz or liquid).
Hope i've been clear.

You can do simulation in two phase have a look at this technical reference file this will help.
