Tipper cylinder mating (mechanical?)


I'm quite new to solidworks and for a new project I created a hydraulic cylinder commonly seen on tipper trucks.

Now I'm wondering how to mate the cylinder parts so that when the cylinder expands, the parts are mated to eachother, and all parts move out together.

In other words, if I drag out the smallest radial part of the cylinder to it's full extent, it drags out the next part of the cylinder with it. (interference)

Is this done by mechanical mating?

Any help is appreciated.
