Basic Workbench: 1. Part Design 2. Assembly Design 3. Surface Design
For aerospace wireframe and surface design is important, also you may learn Sketch tracer, Free style and DMU Kinematics (for simulating mechanisms).

These are the workbench you should be familiar with.

Having worked at Boeing (787 design team) for 3 years, I agree with Ananth's recommendations above. I would add: FEA analysis, Drafting, Functional Tolerancing (GD&T), and Sheetmetal.
