To calculate Pressure Angle.
Hello, I have been designing Gear.I am using solidworks software. Need your help to find pressure Angle in gear.Is there any formula to find pressure angle.I am using Equations in solidworks for designing gear.Help would be appreciated.

Would sketching a couple construction lines (one tangent to the pitch diameter where it intersects the tooth profile, the other perpendicular to the tooth profile where it intersects the pitch diameter) and placing a 'driven' angle dimension between the two work for your situation? Then you can use the driven angle dimension in equations that need to reference the pressure angle.
