I need to learn dynamic analysis of piston and connecting rod assembly for my IC engine project. Also tell me if cylinder is necessary or the parts already made are sufficient.

If you mean at time loads steps, then you will have to go through Motion Analysis with simulation about the component you want to analyse. This will generate the simulation result for one component a time.
