what is the correct geometry fixture on a petrol engine 'piston'?

By Christian Sarmiento on 15 May 16:05 0 answers 542 views 0 comments

I have developed a model of a piston from a 2-stroke petrol engine.
Other models include a piston wrist pin and bearing.

If I were to undergo a static analysis on the piston would I need to include the wrist pin and bearing?

If not what is the specific fixture on the piston holes? radial, circumferential or axial?
