The depth of the triangular cutting is not specified (I assumed it is 40 mm). The rounding fillets also are not specified neither (I assumed they are 3 mm).
This is with dimensions.
The attached PDF is some sort of tutorial. Hope this will show how to build the model. The way I started, there are many other ways to reach the same goal.
