Whats the best software to create .obj drumsticks
Im looking for in formation on using a 4axis cnc router for making drum sticks.

Your parts can be designed in some Mechanical CAD packages, like Solid Edge. Then the pats can be exported to obj format. I know Solid Edge 2020 and later can export in obj format.
The advantage if using Mechanical CAD is having tighter control over the dimensions and being able to tweak the part.
