Who should I call for help? I still can't send letters to any friends in GRABCAD

No matter what I write, the send button is always pink

Open your account in private window of any browser and see whether you can send message. If you can able to send message then the problem will be with cookies. After it works, try to clear cache and log in again. If not then there might be any error Grabcad. Hope this will help.
