Why is the radius dimension coming like this in Catia drafting ??

The radius dimension is acting weirdly. Please see the attached picture and help . Thanks

I agree with Koulupalli's comment - it looks like the dimension standard somehow was changed to FEET-INCHES, instead of ISO.

An easy fix: click on another R dimension that looks good, click the Copy Format icon (looks like a paint brush on the right end of the Graphic Properties menu), and click the weird dimension to change it's appearance.

If new dimensions continue to look weird, go to Tools + Options and change the drafting standard to what you normally use (ISO or DIN maybe?)

This can sometimes happen in your design. This can be reduced if you use hole command instead of drawing a circle and pocketing it.
A solution to this in Drafting (if a round value is what you want) can be done by changing the numerical properties. It must be available on the toolbars on the top or right of your screen, if not.. Go to: View -> Toolbars and see if "Numerical Properties" is ticked. If not Select it. Change the decimal places as per the number of decimal values you need
