Rich Pauza

Started my skill set working in my Grand Pa's Work shop - learning how things came up-part & sometimes went back together - I was about 10 when My Uncle put a O&A Torch in my hand for the first time - after high School I tried to get in a A&P apprenticeship program, but I didn't have the connections I needed - I got a job in a mold building shop instead & finished a old school German Apprenticeship - at nights I went to the Tool & Die Instatute and Graduated as a Mold Builder. I worked part time in a shop that built Race Engines - And at night ran a small welding & machining business out of my Mom & Dads one car garage. I went full time in 1986 when I opened my own shop. I ran a Fabrication & Design Studio until 2009. I taught myself 3D Cad with Mechanical Desktop - Then Inventor - I currently run With Solid Works, I am an expert TIG welder - manual machinist - fabricator - mechanic & problem solver. Today I work as an Engineer / Designer for a shop that builds tooling for precision grinders. I do custom fabrication & sculpture as side jobs.
